Most roles run somewhere between 14:00 and 23:00 Kosovo time, depending on whether the company is on the East or West coast. We tell you the exact hours before you interview.
No. These are remote roles. You live and work in Kosovo, and the company employs or contracts you from the United States.
Every two weeks in most cases — that is the standard American payroll cycle, twenty-six paydays a year rather than twelve. Payment comes directly from the company by bank transfer or a payment platform, and we walk you through the contract and the tax side before you sign anything.
